Pineapple Pie

Ingredients

1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1 cup sour cream
2 3.4 ounce packages vanilla instant pudding mix
1 store bought graham cracker pie crust
Cool whip

Instructions

In a large bowl mix crushed pineapple, sour cream and vanilla pudding mix.
Pour into pie crust and spread evenly.
Chill.
Before serving top pie with cool whip.

Recipe Notes

Make this light using light sour cream, a low fat graham cracker crust, light cool whip and sugar-free vanilla pudding mix.
