Chocolate Fondant Cake




Ingredients: 
- 200g dark chocolate to bake
- 125g of semi-salted butter
- 3 eggs
- 140g of sugar
- 90g of flour
Preparation: 
1) Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2) Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave. 
3) Beat the sugar with the eggs then add the mixture of melted chocolate and flour.
4) Pour the dough into a previously baked cake pan (personally I use the Dieticook baking sheet that I have had for a very long time and the mold release is perfect!) And bake for 30 minutes of baking. Remove from the oven for a few minutes to cool before removing from the mold.
